I believe those are a separate add on, but I have 2 kids, and a wife, so surely together they can haul my fat ass around :D

I’ve seen people jogging in the middle of nowhere with those. I think it’s for people that want to do bicycle style touring but they prefer to run.

I frequently see people who (in my opinion) take running just a tad too serious, and I usually think to myself that they might be a little mentally unstable
then of course I notice they are fit... so...
